Easy Way To Check Android Phone Health At Home

Easy Way To Check Android Phone Health At Home

Our phones have practically become our best friends these days. They do so much, including handling calls, texts, payments, and much more. So, when they have a slight malfunction, we generally consider it to be much more of an issue than it actually is.

No one enjoys a trip to the repair shop! It’s reasonable to wonder how to check your phone’s health, which you shouldn’t worry about as it’s a completely straightforward process! Like, it’s your device’s way of getting a check-up too! There are also little codes to enter that will unlock hidden diagnosis menus on your phone that will test your battery, screen, and sensor. Let’s take a look at how to do that! It is a quick, easy, and completely free process.

Why to Check Your Phone’s Health?

These days, smartphones do so much. From UPI payments to booking tickets, they are our saviors. If the display is malfunctioning, and/or the battery is not performing well, it throws a wrench into a lot of what we do. Regular check-ups not only check for the bump in the road but catch any problems in the early stages. You do not need a fancy gadget either.

All you will need is simple codes to check how your phone is performing. It’s literally us checking how our phones are doing. You should also always keep your Android as smooth running as we can!

How to Perform a Phone Check

Open the dialer on your Android device. Input the secret code unique to your phone brand. The diagnostic menu will appear almost instantly. Follow the on-screen directions to test all the parts of the device. Check the screen for dead pixels. Check the battery’s health and charging functionality. Properly check that the sensors work correctly.

It can be entertaining to engage in finding out the insides of your device! You don’t need to be tech savvy. Trust me, you will feel like a detective of sorts.

Manufacturer-Specific Codes

Each of the Android phone brands has its own code. Feel free to check the reference list below:

Tips for a Smooth Check

Be sure to use the dialer app that is the default on your phone. Type/enter codes exactly as presented, to avoid- if any- incidents or issues. Some codes may just take a bit to either with old options or new layouts. You can also restart your phone if your still present. Be sure to take note of the error that appears within the menu.

Take it to a service centre afterwards regardless. Check it out at least once a month to catch an issue “early”. Feel free to share your mobile problems on social media crowd.
