The Xiaomi 15T series begins a new era of phones. The 15T and 15T Pro offers premium flagship hardware with powerful smart AI features. These phones were launched at the Munich event on September 24, 2025. Xiaomi 15T series phones come with a wide range of storage variants. Colors options for both devices include Black, Gray, Mocha Gold, Silver Shadow, and Rose Gold. Check out the specifications and features below!
Xiaomi produces both devices with sleek and robust cases. Both have IP68 ratings for waterproof and dustproofing. A Gorilla Glass 7i protects each display. Both devices also have a 3D IceLoop system to cool the device when heavily used. The weight is remarkably light 194g for the non-pro and a mere 210g for the Pro.
Powering the 15T Pro is a MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ chipset allowing for performance in gaming or tasks. The 15T runs on a Dimensity 8400 Ultra chipset, allowing for speed and performance. Both devices can handle up to 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and SSD capacity of up to 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage. HyperOS 3 is the operating system, which works on a base of Android 15.
Both models feature 6.83-inch 1.5K AMOLED panels. The Pro has a refresh rate of 144Hz; the 15T runs on a refresh rate of 120Hz allowing for smooth scrolling. HDR10+ gives the display lively colors. Peak brightness is 3200 nits outdoors, with a touch sampling of 480Hz for gaming.
The Leica is calibrated on the three rear cameras. Both have the same 50MP main Sony sensor. The telephoto lens has a sharp 50MP zoom. The 12MP ultra-wide captures a wider image. The Pro model has 5x optical zoom. Selfies are 32MP with a 4K front camera. The AI makes low light shots better.
Both phones have 5,500mAh batteries. The Pro model supports 90W wired and 50W wireless charging. The 15T charges only at 67W wired. Fully charged takes less than 40 minutes. Both will easily last a full day.
HyperOS 3 will debut with the series of phones. Users will get a 3 month period for free on Gemini Pro. Gemini is basically the core AI which is coming to the phone with both a GPT-4o mini and a Gemini 2.5. HyperAI intelligently recognizes and understands the content on the screen from the content. It is also able to amplify voice even in a noisy environment.
AI Gallery search will try to find photos based on words. Dynamic wallpapers will motion on the lockscreen. Live as a term represents a grouped app feature which connects applications to generate and dream check.
The 15T Pro starts at GBP 649 (₹77,000) with 12GB + 256GB. 1TB for GBP 799 (₹99,000). 15T GBP 549 (₹65,000) with 12/256GB. 512GB GBP 699. Starts sale in October 2025 in Europe, Asia and Latin America. 15T will no longer have a launch in India.
Xiaomi provides an affordable blend of performance, cameras, and AI. The free Gemini perks add value as well. The Pro is great for creators with demands. The 15T is purely for everyday use.
