Vivo keeps designs of both phones stylish and trendy. The X300 Pro is 162x75x8mm in size. And it weighs 226 grams. The X200 Pro is 162x76x8mm in size. And it weighs 223 grams.


The glass back of the X300 Pro gives it a premium look and feel. Along with it, the company has also added an Action Button. Both the devices can be submerged in water up to a depth of 1 meter for 30 minutes as per IPX8 standard. The X300 Pro features an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor. Whereas the X200 Pro has an optical fingerprint sensor.

Both the devices are stunning in their colors. The X300 Pro comes in Brown and Blue colors. The X200 Pro is available in Gray and White colors.

 

Display Duel

The screens are the primary interaction points and hence have to be the best possible. Both the devices have 6.78-inches AMOLED display. They both support 120Hz refresh rate. They have a resolution of 2800×1260 pixels.

The X300 Pro increases the brightness level to 4500 nits. It also introduces circular polarization. This basically helps in reducing the glare while the device is used outdoors. The X200 Pro also can reach 4500 nits but doesn’t have any additional anti-reflective technology.

Both the devices are HDR compliant. So, they can deliver almost real colors. If a user come out in the blazing sun of a mid-summer day, he or she shall see the difference of X300 Pro over the X200 Pro clearly.

 

Performance Punch

Every other factor aside, the performance is what drives user experience. The main chip of the X300 Pro is a MediaTek Dimensity 9500. The reason behind this number is the 3.5 million points the phone got on the AnTuTu benchmark test. Meanwhile, The X200 Pro is armed with a MediaTek chip, Dimensity 9400. The board AnTuTu benchmark score is 2.6 million points.

Both start with 12GB RAM. They can both be upgraded to 16GB. The storage is initially 256GB. The X300 Pro is allowed up to 1TB via UFS 4.1 technology.

Playing games is not a problem for both of the phones. The X300 Pro is better for intensive tasks as he can manage to stay cool with the help of a vapor chamber.

Pictures are the core of the highest quality smartphones. Both devices have a triple-camera setup. The main camera is a 50MP one. The ultra-wide camera is also a 50MP one. The telephoto lens has a resolution of 200MP. The X300 Pro has a Sony LYT-828 sensor as the main camera. It facilitates the low-light photos to be clearer. A 50MP sensor replaces the previous one for the front camera. The X200 Pro has a 32MP selfie camera.

Both produce 8K videos. The X300 Pro, in addition, has more stable footage. It is focused on portraits.

Endurance is one of the most important parts to a phone. The X300 Pro has a battery of 6510mAh. The X200 Pro has a 6000mAh battery.
Both charge at 90W wired speed. The X300 Pro charges wirelessly at 40W and the X200 Pro charges wirelessly at 30W. Both finish charging in under an hour. The X300 Pro provides longer endurance in day-to-day use and can reverse charge as well.

 

Software Smarts

The OS is what makes everything different and up to date. X300 Pro works with Android 16. It is paired with OriginOS 6. X200 Pro is based on Android 15. It is upgraded to OS 6. Both devices have AI features. The X300 Pro seems more future-proof.

Vivo plans to deliver updates to the two devices for quite a while. So, both will stay secure for a long time.
