Price and Options

The iQOO 15 starts at about ₹51,780, the OnePlus 13s from ₹50,999 and the Vivo X200 FE at a higher ₹54,999. Your budget will certainly guide your choice, at least at first.

 


Display

The new iQOO 15 includes a super large 6.85-inch 2K+ curved LTPO AMOLED display and naturally has a super smooth refresh rate of 144 Hz. The OnePlus 13s includes a sharp 6.32-inch LTPO display with a refresh rate of 120 Hz. The Vivo X200 FE is offered with a 6.31-inch AMOLED display with a 120 Hz refresh. This display provides a maximum brightness rating of 5000 nits for use in bright outdoor situations.

 

Processing Power
The iQOO 15 is powered by the latest Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 3 nm processor. The OnePlus 13s also uses a Snapdragon 8 Elite processor. The Vivo X200 FE features a MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ processor. All three devices perform very well in gaming and multitasking.

 

Software and Storage
The iQOO 15 runs OriginOS 6.0 based on Android 16. The OnePlus 13s has the clean OxygenOS 15 on top of Android 15. The Vivo X200 FE is run on Funtouch OS 15 on top of Android 15. Both the iQOO and Vivo can be had with 16 GB of RAM and up to 1 TB of storage, while the OnePlus only offers 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage.

 

Camera Specifications

The iQOO 15 has a triple 50MP camera system on the rear, including a standard, ultrawide, and 3x periscope telephoto lens. In contrast, the OnePlus 13s has a dual 50MP camera setup that includes the addition of a telephoto lens. The Vivo X200 FE sports a combination of 50MP main, 8MP ultrawide, and 50MP periscope camera, as well as a front camera that has 50MP, which is the highest resolution camera of all the models.

 

Design and Construction

The iQOO 15 is the the largest phone and the heaviest weighing 220 grams, while the OnePlus 13s is more compact and much more lightweight at only 185 grams. The Vivo X200 FE is slimer that the OnePlus phone weighing just 186 grams., which places the OnePlus and Vivo phones as the better-sized options for one handed use.

 

Connectivity

All three phones have 5G support, plus, accept dual SIM cards. Aspects of the connectivity options offer the iQOO 15 and OnePlus 13s better operating standards being that they also include Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 6.0 communication speeds. The Vivo X200 FE220 offers using older Bluetooth 5.4 and non-standard USB port.
