Vivo is in plans for an innovative smartphone. The Vivo X300 Ultra is intended to come with an extraordinary camera system. It will be the first phone to have two 200MP cameras. The phone will feature a triple rear camera system, with two sensors featuring 200MP resolution. This makes the device a powerful photographic smartphone. This is a massive upgrade from its predecessor, obtainable only with a 200MP telephoto camera on the Vivo X200 Ultra, in addition to its primary sensor at just 50MP resolution. The dual 200MP system will provide a level of detail never before offered with cameras on a smartphone. Pricing will also likely increase substantially.
The device will likely first launch in China. This launch would be suggested in the second quarter of 2026. A launch for global markets will occur later. Testing has already begun with a global variant, which is identified with the model number V2562.
Expect a large 6.8 inch OLED display on this device, and the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor will give excellent performance for any task. The device will run on Android 16. It will use Vivo’s custom OriginOS 6 interface.
The X300 Ultra will be a premium device. Its price will likely exceed previous models. The Vivo X200 Pro launched at ₹94,999 in India. Vivo traditionally limits Ultra models to China. The company may change this strategy for the X300 Ultra.
