SS Rajamouli Thanks Varanasi Team: The director, who is one of the hottest accolades for creating some of India’s most excitingly visual moments in cinema, really revealed a very special Varanasi-flavored video statewide with great fanfare catching international attention in a scrawl. For responding to such love, Rajamouli posted on Instagram thanking members of his team who indeed deserved it and worked tirelessly behind the scenes. His long note has strength in such extraordinary talents and attests to the sheer scale of creativity involved while making the video of Varanasi.
Rajamouli commenced by thanking the core team members whose creative efforts made quite the closest marks on the video in its visual, technical, and emotional journeys. Following is the list of names:
Srinivas Mohan – VFX supervisor, to be vetted for ensuring that digital landscapes and effects sought grand vision of Rajamouli.
P. S. Vinodh, DOP, took credit for the images and lighting of the captivating mood of the video.
Mohan – Production designer, who has built a visual world merging tradition with cinematic storytelling.
M. M. Keeravaani– Music composer, who stretched a divine thread across spiritual and dramatic presence.
Rama – Costume designer, materialized living costumes seen in the visuals.
Deepak – Animation supervisor, working on smooth and immersive animation.
Pratheek – Concept design and development, conferring initial visual ideas.
Thammi Raju, editor, stitched the video into an exciting and able narrative.
Rajamouli extended his thanks to Mistyman Studios for great work directed by Alex Pi with the proper supervision of Julia to ensure that output was up to the highest quality.
