Fatima Bosch, who was born in Santiago de Teapa, Tabasco, studied fashion design at the Lyndon Institute in Vermont, the Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti in Milan, and Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico. Bosch has been candid about being bullied at school due to her dyslexia and ADHD, which she has overcome. She started her pageant career in 2018 after taking home the Flor de Oro title in Tabasco.
