How to Schedule Video Calls on WhatsApp?

Schedule Video Calls on WhatsApp:
WhatsApp is no longer just a messaging app. It has become a complete communication tool for chatting, calling, sharing files, and now even scheduling video calls. Recently, WhatsApp introduced a new feature that allows users to schedule video or voice calls in advance. This feature is very helpful for families, friends, and office teams who want to plan meetings without confusion.

Schedule Video Calls on WhatsApp:

Earlier, people had to depend on apps like Zoom or Google Meet to schedule meetings. But now WhatsApp offers the same option in a simple way. With this update, you can fix a date and time for a call and inform everyone before the meeting starts.

To schedule a video call on WhatsApp, first open the app on your phone. Go to the “Calls” tab found at the bottom of the screen. There you will see an option called “Schedule.” Tap on it to begin. Now, select the date and time for your call. After that, choose the type of call you want, either voice or video. You can also add a call name and short description so participants understand the purpose.

Next, select the contacts you want to invite. Once everything is set, WhatsApp will create a call link. You can copy this link and share it with others. A reminder notification will be sent to all participants before the call begins, so no one misses it.

This feature also includes useful options during the call. Participants can use emojis to react or raise their hand if they want to speak. If someone joins the call using the link, WhatsApp will send a notification so you know who has entered the meeting.

Another big advantage is that all your calls are now organized in one place. Both scheduled calls and regular calls appear in the Calls tab. This makes it easier to track who you called and who called you.

The WhatsApp call scheduling feature is perfect for office meetings, family discussions, online classes, and group planning. It saves time and avoids last-minute confusion. With just a few simple steps, you can now plan your video calls smoothly and stay connected without stress.

WhatsApp continues to improve its services to give users a better and more organised experience. This new update proves that the app is becoming smarter and more user-friendly every day.
