Realme has launched the new Realme C85 5G in India. The phone enters a segment already filled with strong competitors. Its main rivals are the Moto G67 Power 5G and the Vivo Y31 5G. All three phones target budget users who want reliable 5G performance.


 

Pricing and Storage

The Realme C85 starts at Rs 14,999. This price gets you 4GB RAM and 128GB storage. A 6GB/128GB variant costs Rs 16,499. The Moto G67 Power costs Rs 15,999. It offers 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. The Vivo Y31 also starts at Rs 14,999.


 

Display Specifications

The Realme C85 has a 6.8-inch LCD HD+ screen. It boasts a 144Hz refresh rate. Peak brightness reaches 1200 nits. The Moto G67 has a 6.7-inch FHD+ LCD. Its refresh rate is 120Hz. The Vivo Y31 has a 6.68-inch HD+ LCD with 120Hz.

 

Battery and Charging

The Realme C85 has a battery capacity of 7000mAh as well as fast charging capabilities at 45W, while the Moto G67’s battery capacity and support for fast charging are also at 7000mAh. It supports slower 30W charging. The Vivo Y31 has a 6500mAh battery with 44W charging.

 

Operating System

The Realme C85 Operating System is Realme UI 6.0 based on Android 15. The Moto G67 Operating System is Hello UX and also based on Android 15. The Vivo Y31 Operating System is Funtouch OS 15, which is based on Android 15.

 

Processing Power

The Realme C85 is powered by a MediaTek Dimension 6300, while the Moto G67 uses a SnapDragon 7s Gen 2 chipset. The Vivo is powered by the SnapDragon 4 Gen 2 chipset. All of these chipsets support 5G connectivity and run everyday tasks seamlessly.

 

Camera Setups

The camera system on the Realme C85 consists of 1 rear-facing camera with a resolution of 50MP (Sony IMX852) and an 8MP front-facing camera for taking selfies. The Moto G67 has 2 rear-facing cameras with resolutions of 50MP (main camera) and 8MP (ultra-wide angle) and a front-facing camera with a resolution of 32MP for taking selfies. The Vivo Y31 has 2 rear-facing cameras (50MP primary camera and a low-res secondary camera) and an 8MP front-facing camera for taking selfies, although it’s a simpler camera configuration.
