Hyderabad Power Cut Today:
Residents in Hyderabad should be ready for a planned power cut today, as electricity officials have announced maintenance work in several parts of the city. According to the authorities, power supply will be stopped in selected areas on Tuesday to complete important repairs on electric lines.
The shutdown will happen in two time slots.
Morning: 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Afternoon: 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM
Power Cut in Banjara Hills Area
ADE G. Gopi from Banjara Hills division said that many areas under the Banjara Hills ADE limits will face power interruption.
From 10 AM to 1 PM, electricity will be off in areas under the 11 kV State Home and Nandari Tent House feeders.
From 2 PM to 5 PM, power will be cut in areas coming under 11 kV Ellareddyguda and Banjara Hills Star Hospital feeders.
The officer requested residents to plan their day accordingly and complete important works before the scheduled shutdown.
Power Cut in Greenlands Area
Similarly, ADE L. V. Satyanarayana from the Greenlands division also announced power cuts in his region.
From 10 AM to 1 PM, electricity will not be available in areas under the 11 kV Jayaprakash Nagar, Peeli Dargah, and Avanti Nagar feeders.
From 2 PM to 5 PM, many areas under the 11 kV Karmika Nagar feeder will face a power shutdown.
Officials explained that these repairs are necessary to ensure safe and uninterrupted electricity supply in the future. They also advised people to avoid using electrical appliances during the shutdown to prevent damage once the power resumes
