Samsung is set to release its next tablet lineup in the Galaxy Tab S11 series. Instead of a Plus model, the company plans to release a Galaxy Tab S11, a Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra, and a Galaxy Tab S10 Lite. All of the new tablets are set to have improved features & performance over previous comparable models. Leaks have shown that the tablets will also feature next-generation specs and improvements, poised to significantly affect the tablet market:
According to leaks from SamMobile, Samsung will produce three tablets, including the Galaxy Tab S11, Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra, and Galaxy Tab S10 Lite. Both the Tab S11 and S11 Ultra will feature revolutionary hardware, including the new MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ chips. These tablets will offer up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of built-in storage. The Galaxy Tab S10 Lite will use the Exynos 1380 processor, with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.
Each of the models will also support a microSD card slot for expanded storage.
All three tablets will run the basic Android 16 version of One UI 8.0, with updated applications to allow for smooth and updated user experience.
The Galaxy Tab S11 and S11 Ultra will feature upgraded connectivity. Tab S11 will contain Wi-Fi 6E and the S11 Ultra will let you connect the quickest Wi-Fi 7. You will be able to connect devices via Bluetooth 5.4. The Tab S10 Lite will feature Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.3.
The Galaxy Tab S11 will feature an 8,400mAh battery and the S11 Ultra will have an 11,600mAh battery, while the Tab S10 Lite will feature an 8,000mAh battery and allow 25W fast charging to keep the user going all day.
The camera configurations will vary from model to model, but both the Galaxy Tab S11 and S11 Ultra will feature great camera options; 12-megapixel front camera and 13-megapixel rear camera. The Galaxy Tab S10 will feature an 8-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel front camera. Overall these are big upgrades from previous models that will benefit a wide range of consumers from just the casual user to professionals who use these devices as proper computing.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S11 series will have a refined and elegant design. The Tab S10 Lite will measure 254.3mm x 165.8mm x 6.6mm and weigh around 524g, making it a lightweight device. But The new Tab S11 will weigh even less, at 482g and be slightly smaller (253.8mm x 165.3mm x 5.5mm). The Tab S11 Ultra will be the biggest of the products (326.7mm x 208.3mm x 5.5mm) and also the heaviest at 692g.
As for pricing, the Galaxy Tab S11 series is expected to be in line with existing model SKUs. In particular, the Tab S10 Lite begin at a price of €399 (~Rs 40,635). The Tab S11 may start at €899 (about Rs 91,554) and the S11 Ultra (at €1339 ~ Rs 1,42,474).
