The smartphone market witnessed many high-end launches in 2025. Brands like Apple, Samsung, Google and others released powerful flagship devices. Many discussions focused on the most expensive phones of the year. These phones offered cutting-edge performance and advanced camera systems.

1. Oppo Find X9 Pro (Rs 109,999)

The Oppo Find X9 Pro has a 6.78-inch display. It uses a smooth LTPO AMOLED panel. The refresh rate is 120Hz. A MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor powers it. An ARM G1-Ultra GPU handles graphics. The rear holds a triple camera system. A 200MP periscope telephoto is the highlight.

 

2. Vivo X300 Pro (Rs 109,999)

The Vivo X300 Pro matches Oppo’s price point. It features a triple rear camera system. The primary camera uses a 200MP sensor. The phone employs the same Dimensity 9500 SoC. This chipset uses a 3nm process technology. The device runs on Android 16 version and Vivo has committed to offer five full Android updates. The X300 Pro is powered by a 6510mAh battery with 90W wired charging support and supports 40W wireless charging as well.

 

3. Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra (Rs 1,29,999)

The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is higher priced than the X300 Pro. It features a 6.9-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with 120Hz refresh rate and maximum brightness of 2600 nits. The device is powered by Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, and the software version is Android 15. The S25 Ultra features four rear camera systems which includes a primary camera with 200MP sensor and OIS.

 

4. iPhone 17 Pro Max (Rs 1,49,900)

iPhone 17 Pro Max is very expensive compared to the Vivo and Samsung phones. It has a 6.9-inch Super Retina XDR OLED display with 120Hz refresh rate. The A19 Pro chipset manufactured with a 3nm process technology powers the iPhone. There is also a triple rear camera system with three 48MP cameras which consists of a main camera, telephoto lens and ultra-wide angle lens respectively.

 

5. Google Pixel 10 Pro Fold (Rs 1,79,999)

Google’s Pixel 10 Pro Fold is the most costly smartphone on the market today. It has an 8-inch foldable LTPO OLED panel. The refresh rate is 120Hz. Peak brightness hits 3000 nits. A 6.4-inch cover display is also present. The Google Tensor G5 processor runs it. It operates on Android 16 OS. Google promises seven major Android upgrades.
