Italian PM Meloni’s Outburst: Georgia Meloni Criticizes Leftists: Italy’s Prime Minister Georgia Meloni has criticized liberal and leftist leaders. She said that liberal people have become very disappointed with the rise of right-wing leaders. This disappointment has increased further after President Donald Trump’s return to the White House. Meloni said these things on Saturday at a CPAC event in Washington DC.
Meloni said that when Bill Clinton and Tony Blair created the left-liberal network in the 90s, they were called politicians. Today, when Trump, Meloni, Miley and Narendra Modi talk, they are being called a threat to democracy. She said that this is the double standard of the leftists. Now we have become accustomed to it. People no longer believe their lies. They throw mud on us, yet people vote for us.

The Italian PM praised Trump strongly. She described US President Trump as a firm leader who is working continuously despite external pressures. Meloni said that the leftists are nervous due to Trump’s victory. Their irritation has now turned into hysteria. This is not because the right wing is winning elections but is now cooperating at the global level. Let us tell you that the leaders of opposition parties in Rome opposed Meloni’s decision to address the CPAC.
Italy’s Center Left Democratic Party leader Ellie Schlein had also urged to keep PM Meloni away from the program. Ellie said that she did not say a single word after Trump’s insults and direct attacks on Ukraine and the European Union. She is unable to protect Italian and European interests because she does not want to anger the new US administration.
