The lands related to this double-decker elevated corridor have recently received clearance from the Defense Department. Also, the Airport Authority of India has also given permission for the construction of a 0.6-kilometer underground tunnel in the airport premises at Begumpet in the double-decker elevated corridor up to the dairy farm. With this, the Revanth Reddy government has granted administrative permission for the construction of an elevated corridor on NH-44 on the Hyderabad-Nagpur route from Secunderabad Paradise Junction to Military Dairy Farm Road via Tadbund-Boinpally Junction at a cost of Rs. 1,580 crore.

As per the reports, more than half of the funds sanctioned by the government will be spent on land acquisition. Only Rs. 652 crore will be used for civil works. It is understood that the future metro rail line will be built as a double-decker corridor in the elevated corridor.
However, this six-lane double-decker elevated corridor will have a total of 131 pillars. To ensure smooth traffic flow on this route, it is said that 2 ramps will also be constructed on both sides of the construction near Boinpally Junction. If this elevated corridor is constructed and made available, it will bring a solution to the traffic problems on this route.
