Amaravati AP Capital at Last? Andra Pradesh News: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has decided to make Amaravati the capital of Andhra Pradesh again. Under this, Kalyan Utsav is being celebrated in Amaravati today with the special festival of Tirupati Balaji Lord. The priests of Tirupati Balaji temple are organizing the program with the chanting of Vedic mantras. After this program, the construction of the new capital will start rapidly.
It is worth noting that when Jaganmohan Reddy was the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, he overturned Chandrababu Naidu’s decision to make Amaravati the capital and instead chose three different cities for the executive, judiciary and economic capital.

Now after the elections, Chandrababu Naidu’s government has come back in Andhra Pradesh. So in such a situation, Amaravati is being made the capital again by focusing on its development. For this, it is proposed to spend 30 thousand crores in the first phase.
Chandrababu Naidu has a deep faith in the Tirupati Balaji temple. Here in the nineties, Naxalites had attacked him with a deadly bomb. But he says that he was saved by a whisker due to the blessings of Lord Venkateswara Balaji and the bulletproof vehicles in the convoy, and he got a new life. This is the reason why, after coming to power, he is organizing Kalyan Utsav again to speed up the incomplete work of his new capital. In this grand program, Chandrababu Naidu has specially invited all the ministers, MPs and MLAs of his government along with all the farmers of Amaravati and surrounding areas.
