Politics in Telangana is becoming more and more interesting day by day. After the heated assembly sessions, Hyderabad Central University’s 400 acres is now setting the state on fire. At the same time, BC groups are organizing a Mahadharna in Delhi to increase BC reservations. Telangana CM expressed solidarity with this Mahadharna. On this occasion, senior actor and hero Suman showered praise on CM.
While everyone expressed doubts about where the reservations for BCs would come from, Suman congratulated CM Revanth Reddy for bringing a bill to implement 42 percent reservations for BCs in education, jobs, and politics in the state. Suman praised CM for bringing reservations for BCs.
Suman expressed solidarity with the BC Mahadharna being held at Jantar Mantar under the auspices of the BC Welfare Association National Committee. Speaking on the occasion, Suman said that all BCs will support Revanth Reddy. Suman requested Revanth to be generous and give them ST status. This demand has been going on for a long time. If this is fulfilled, “you will become our god,” said Suman.
The Mahadharna being organized by BC groups in Delhi is continuing, demanding that the bill passed by the Telangana Assembly increasing BC reservations to 42 percent be passed and implemented in Parliament, as well as a nationwide caste census and a sub-quota for BC women in the 33 percent women’s reservation. Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, AIMIM President Asaduddin Owaisi, MPs Kanimozhi and Supriya Sule, and others have expressed support for the dharna.
Telangana ministers Konda Surekha, Ponnam Prabhakar, TPCC chief Mahesh Kumar Goud, government whip Adi Srinivas, MLC Kodandaram, Congress leader VH, film actor Suman, Jajula Srinivas Goud, and others attended this Mahadharna. It is noteworthy that although the BC associations invited the BJP and BRS parties to come to the BC Poru Garjana Sabha, both parties stayed away from the dharna.
