Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu has urged National Democratic Alliance (NDA) leaders. Chandrababu Naidu’s Grand Welcome to ensure the success of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit. The main moto of this visit is to relaunch the construction works of Amaravati, the greenfield capital city. Scheduled for May 2, this event marks a significant milestone in the state’s development journey.
Reiterating Amaravati as the “self-respect of Telugu people,” Naidu during a telephonic conversation with NDA leaders. He compared the need for a capital city to the need for a good house for a family. Also said that Amaravati would be the soul and heart of Andhra Pradesh. Chief Minister spoke about the capital cities such as Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and Chennai contributing towards the state economy thereof. Naidu welcomed the decentralization thrust of the NDA government, which was implemented by opening central government schools in North Andhra and Rayalaseema districts from 2014. He emphasized that Amaravati development is as per this vision, to create equal opportunities and build growth in all parts of the state.

Chief Minister has requested the leaders of NDA to give a grand welcome to PM Modi and ensure a trouble-free public meeting. He has requested them to make the guest feel comfortable and it should be made worth remembering. Naidu’s appeal is noteworthy as it puts in focus the importance of Amaravati relaunch not only as a development project but also as a pride factor and badge of Andhra Pradesh development.
