Parliament Monsoon Session: Today, both parliaments have passed several important bills despite any disruptions. Most of the bills were passed without any discussion.  But still, opposition parties staged protests and refused to cooperate in legislative business, causing frequent disruptions during the Monsoon Session of Parliament.

Nevertheless, the government persisted, stating that disruptions could not cause significant legislative progress to stagnate. The Monsoon Session, which began on July 21, came to a close on Thursday as the Lok Sabha was adjourned sine die.
